Where are you based?

I'm based in Cork City but would shoot wedding films at most locations in Ireland.

What gear do you use?

I use the latest in sony camera technology.  These state of the art cameras are small enough to allow me to capture intimate moments without drawing a lot of attention to myself.

How long do you stay the day of our wedding?

It depends on the package you choose.  Please see Packages for details.

Do you have back up equipment?

Yes I have.   I carry spare Sony cameras and microphones should my primary equipment fail. 

Can I put any music in my wedding video?

Due to copyright we can't use regular chart music in your wedding film.

Will you call to the bride and grooms houses before the church?

I will call to the Bride.  Calling to the Groom will depend on the distance from the Brides house.  If it's a few minutes, of course I can do that.

What if your microphone fails?

No worries,  I will already have a secondary microphone in position to cover this.

When does your filming process start?

The planning will start right away in the days following your deposit payment.  I will check your venue for the best positions for cameras and microphone placement.  If the venue is in the countryside drone placement for arial shots will be assessed.

My nan does not have internet how will she view my wedding?

Custom USB keys containing your wedding can be purchased from WedFILMS as gifts for family members.  These can be played directly from your TV. 

Is your camera going to be in my face all day?

No, you will not even notice me most of the day.  When you view your wedding film, try to remember - did you see me record that shot of you?  More than likely you did not.

How long is the wedding film?

The short cinematic film is about five minutes long.  The longer wedding film is about 20 minutes long. You will also receive the full ceremony and full speeches. All 4 films will be posted to you on a custom USB key that can be played straight from your TV.

When will you deliver our wedding film?

You will receive the cinematic edit within 3 weeks of your wedding.
